Arthur is a seasoned ICT and banking technology executive with more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology leadership, Digital Transformation, IT Governance, Infrastructure Management, Project Delivery, and Banking Systems Administration. In his career, he has held senior technology leadership roles at leading financial institutions, including BRAC Uganda Bank, Barclays Bank Uganda (now Absa), and Centenary Bank.

Most recently, Arthur led the IT team at Baylor Foundation Uganda, overseeing ICT operations, Cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.

Arthur’s leadership will be pivotal in our technology strategy and digital transformation agenda, ensuring that technology continues to enable innovation, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
