Aden has vast experience in Business Growth, Building Strong teams, Portfolio Management, and has contributed greatly in interventions on financial inclusion for refugees, Women Led Businesses, and Small Holder Farmers financial inclusion.

As Head Business Generation, Aden is responsible for enabling UGAFODE to attain its strategic objectives by providing leadership in the development, review, and implementation of the business growth strategy for both the Assets & Liabilities, ensuring effective Branch Supervision & overall portfolio management.

Aden is a certified SME Expert and holds a Diploma in Project Planning and Management, BBA, and MBA with various trainings in Microfinance Banking and Leadership.
